The 3 Step Design Process
Schedule a Phone Call
Follow the link to schedule a 15 minute phone call to go over your project. Pick a day and time that works best for you. We'll discuss the scope of work, budget and timeline. It helps to send over photos of the area needing work and examples of the work you are looking to have done. We want to make sure that we are a good fit for each other.
Book an On-Site Consultation
We’ll walk the area together, take measurements, look at any site specific issues including grading, drainage, irrigation, etc. We will show you examples of materials we use and installation techniques. We'll discuss changes in the scope of work, budget, and timeline . Together, we’ll get prepared for the design and estimate.
Design and Estimate
We will take the information back to the office and start the design process. We create beautiful, professional digital designs in 2D, 3D and/or a 3D walkthrough. Based on the design and all other information gathered so far, we will develop an estimate and email it to you for your approval. Next, we make it a reality in the installation process!
What Does All This Cost?
Step One: 15 Minute Phone Call - Complimentary
We just want to make sure we're a good fit.
Step Two: On Site Consultation - Starts at $75
Some consultations with known site issues that will require additional time on site will come with an additional cost. For example: a known drainage problem could require a laser level to be set up and the grade shot during the consultation to determine exactly what needs to be done to fix the issue.
Step Three: Design and Estimate - Starts at $150
For reference, a basic 2D design and estimate on a small residential flowerbed. The price increases at a rate of $75 per anticipated hour of work which can include some really cool 3D rendering upon request. The price for the design will be discussed during the on-site consultation. The price includes 2 revisions.
